Terms of Service
By comissioning me you agree to the following
I, as the Artist...• Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
• Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
• Maintain the right to turn down any commission.
• Maintain the deadline of said comission work flexible (graduation thesis being the main reason, so please be patient). However, I will further contact you for any updates of said comission. So don't hesitate on asking!
You, as the Client...• May NOT use your comission for profit. Unless a prior agreement is made that will result in additional costs from the base price.
• May print your commission for personal use.
• May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit under the name Seelko for the piece.
• May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
• May request minor edits and a couple of corrections during the work process. If said corrections has been exceeded an amount of times, an additional cost is included.
• May request for a refund if the comission exceeds half a year from completion.
Aditionally...• I accept payment via Paypal or Ko-Fi
• Provide any reference or clear description for the process of said comission so as to follow per your request.
• Depending on the level of details on said comissions prices will be negotiable.
• For requiring my services to long term projects or projects of another nature we'll discuss through private messaging in regards the project's description and further payment of such.
